About the Founder
With over 11 years of experience in corporate finance and startup consulting, Lesya Vorona has supported more than 200 companies across diverse sectors—helping them raise capital, structure long-term growth, and communicate their value with strategic clarity. Her work has included close collaboration with investors, gaining deep insight into how they evaluate opportunities and what truly captures their attention.
She also brings extensive experience as a Fractional CFO, working side by side with founders and leadership teams to align financial strategy with business vision and operational goals. Her entrepreneurial background as co-founder and CEO of a consumer brand, combined with her CFO roles, gives her a unique ability to bridge company ambitions with investor expectations—crafting pitch decks that resonate on both sides of the table.
For the past eight years, Lesya has served as a Teaching Assistant in M&A and Investment Banking at LUISS Guido Carli University, collaborating with top-tier faculty including Luigi De Vecchi (Chairman of Corporate & Investment Banking, EMEA at Citi), Leone Pattofatto (Founder & CEO of Quisque), Leopoldo Attolico (Italy Country Officer and Head of Southern Europe Cluster at Citi), and Andrea Donzelli (Vice Chairman, Investment Banking Italy at Jefferies).
