Clients Goal
Keur Nala Villas is an eco–luxury real estate project in Senegal, aiming to develop four sustainable villas in a unique natural setting. The client, at a pre–launch stage, only had architectural renderings, an initial concept, and a very high–level draft of a sales deck and business plan without any structured financials. The challenge was twofold:
- Create a compelling sales presentation for potential customers and commercial partners.
- Develop a solid business plan for banks and investors, clearly communicating the vision, market potential, and expected returns.
Our Approach
We started with a deep analysis of the existing material to fully understand the concept and market positioning. Our work included:
- Brand & Visual Identity – Defining a cohesive color palette, fonts, logo, and visual mood aligned with the eco–luxury essence of the project.
- Market Research – Conducting a benchmark and demand analysis within the high–end real estate segment in Senegal and West Africa.
- Storytelling Strategy – Building a narrative that combined lifestyle appeal, sustainability, and investment opportunity.
- Financial Modeling – Developing a complete economic–financial plan with revenue projections, cost analysis, ROI, and risk scenarios.
- Presentation Design – Producing two tailored documents:
- Sales Presentation for end customers and commercial partners.
- Investor & Bank Business Plan focused on data, strategies, and key financial metrics.
The final deliverables were a set of professional, consistent, and visually striking materials that conveyed value, credibility, and growth potential. The client was able to approach the market with a clear, confident message—ready to engage both investors and buyers.
